Refund and Return Policy

At Palm Construction School, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our returns, refunds, and exchanges policy below.

Returns

• All book returns must be initiated within 5 days of receipt.
  Returned books must be unused and in their original condition.
  
• A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all book returns.
  
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
  
• Certain products are non-returnable after they have been accessed, such as:
  • Digital products or downloadable materials

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 2-10 business days.
  
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
  
• If you have not received your refund after the stated time, please first check with your bank/credit card provider, then contact us at info@palm-school.com.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product.
  
• If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@palm-school.com with your order number and details.
  
• Depending on product availability, exchange processing times may vary.

Buybacks

• We do not offer book buybacks at this time.
